Operational Process Monitoring tool (First feedback report)

Description:

This is a tool especially developed for the GenderTime project’s purpose. The aim was to provide a detailed overview of the progress of the implementation of the action plans, focusing on success factors and hindering factors. The monitoring tool focused on the common objectives developed and used in the initial construction of the gender action plans in the GenderTime project.

Methodological Approach:

The template contained tables linked to every objective of the tailor-made action plans. The tool was thus tailor-made for each GenderTime team as it was based on the objectives used in each institution.

Benefits:

The way of categorizing the results is based on a so called process model of structural change developed within Work Package 3 with four different types of practices; review/assess/monitor; identify/understand/set goals/; disseminate/inform/raise awareness; improve/support/challenge. The tool puts into evidence how to overcome challenges.

Notes:

The tool relies on the results and information provided by each GenderTime team in the Work Package 2 simplified table. The categorization of objectives in this monitoring tool was based on that table.
