GenderTime Toolbox is one of the results of the GenderTime project. It provides a Set of tools developed within the GenderTime project for implementing and monitoring future Gender Equality Action Plans in institutions interested in similar approaches, as well as good practices that give examples of implementation achievements and implementation activities that GenderTime partners have carried out at their institutions in the scope of the project. On-site-visit at GenderTime research institution IFZ
Jennifer Dahmen and Susanne Achterberg research staff and members of the gender equality office at Bergische Universität Wuppertal met GenderTime project members Birgit Hofstätter, Daniela Freitag and Sandra Karner (transfer agent) during an on-site-visit at the Inter-University Research Centre for Technology, Work and Culture (IFZ) in Graz, Austria. A collaborative workshop on 8thMay2014 has addressed current career perspectives of (female) researchers, surrounding working conditions and funding schemes of scientific staff members. Important dynamics on a structural level and support mechanisms to encourage scientific careers at both research institutions had been identified.
